PLEASE NOTE: APPLYING IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS.
You must complete the Cohort Application first and then the University of St. Thomas Application.
COHORT APPLICATION DEADLINES
PRIORITY
Priority applications are for individuals to be hired initially as Tier 1 or Tier 2 teachers by their district while enrolled in the program.
REGULAR
Regular applications are for individuals to be hired initially as paraprofessionals by their district while enrolled in the program.
Following submission of the Cohort application, you will be prompted to begin the University of St. Thomas application.
This Cohort Application is due to Jennifer Bock at SouthWest Metro Intermediate District 288. Please submit this application and all attachments as .PDFs to
workandlearn@swmetro.k12.mn.us

In addition to the Cohort Application, you must also submit a copy of your official transcript showing that you earned a Bachelor’s Degree and GPA. A 2.75 GPA or higher is required for entry into the program and a 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
Upon receipt of the Cohort Application, you will be prompted to submit an official application to the graduate program. Instructions are provided below.
