Attend one night November 14-18 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. It only takes three hours to learn the life-saving skills of CPR. The classes will cover the American Heart Association’s Adult Heartsaver CPR and AED. This class is open to the community, ages 13 and older.

We are happy to provide this training for free but donations will be appreciated. If participants would like an American Heart Association CPR card that is valid for 2 years, there is a minimum fee of $5 to cover the cost of the card. Cards will be mailed out the week after the class.

Classes will take place at the SWMetro 401 Building: 401 East 4th Street, Chaska, MN. Park in the large parking lot that is near the Carver County government center and enter door 8.

To sign up for a night of CPR Week or to arrange other training, please contact: Paul Wilson, Medical Careers Instructor: (952) 567-8068 | pwilson@swmetro.k12.mn.us, or register online at http://goo.gl/mUwXeJ.  For the First Aid or Healthcare Provider CPR courses for the week after Thanksgiving, call, email, or register at http://goo.gl/pqMWBN.
CPR Week classes only cover the basics of Adult CPR and AED use. If you are looking for additional training, we will offer a Healthcare Provider CPR class November 30 and a First Aid class December 1, each for $35 (or $60 for both). If you are interested, we can put together custom classes for 6-20 people that can be held at our facility or at your location. We can offer Adult/child/infant CPR, Professional CPR, First Aid, EMR, and EMT (full class or refreshers). Putting on classes like this give opportunities to the students to deepen their medical knowledge by acting as teaching assistants.
