Project Community Connect LogoDue to Covid19 the 2020 Project Community Connect in person event has been postponed.  An online provider directory has been established that will help families and individuals in need.

Check out the 2020 Provider Directory 2020 PCC Enhanced Provider Directory.

In past years, this community event offered a one-stop location for direct services to residents of Scott and Carver counties who are “living on little,” those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Project Community Connect provided free healthcare services, employment assistance education, legal assistance, veteran services, housing information, haircuts, and assistance obtaining birth certificates, driver licenses and identification cards. Resources and information were available from agencies that provide food support, energy assistance, educational opportunities, social services, mental health and chemical dependency services. Transportation to the event and childcare at the event were provided.

This website provides information and resources on what Project Community Connects purpose and design has been. It is Scott-Carver Project Community Connect (PCC)'s intention to host an in person event again in the future!
